The hotel had a convenient location a short walk to Casa Popular Sports Club. It was maximum 18 minutes drive to the airport. I had a big size room with queen bed and couch, as example and everything was perfect...

I really liked how beautiful this place is and how helpful the staff was, except for one waiter who seemed a bit off 🌟.

I recently stayed at Pedregal Palace for a week-long business trip. The hotel's privacy and Mexican-style bathrooms were a unique touch. I also enjoyed the stunning city view and the convenience of having a gym on-site. The restaurant exceeded my expectations in terms of both food quality and value, and the staff there went above and beyond in providing excellent service. The location near Ajusco was perfect for my needs, as all my activities were in the southern part of the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

During my stay, I really enjoyed the comfortable beds and the fact that the rooms had all the necessary toiletries. Additionally, the hotel's location was excellent, providing easy access to nearby malls and grocery stores. This made it convenient to save money by purchasing meals outside of the hotel.
On the downside, the hotel could benefit from better soundproofing, as the noise from the nearby highways and inconsiderate guests in the hallways was a problem. Additionally, the hotel appeared to be quite old and in need of maintenance.

We loved staying at this hotel because of its convenient location. It may not be in the tourist areas of the city, but it is SO CLOSE to everything we needed to do. There is a mall just a short walk away, where we found a grocery store with great prices and a deli that served delicious sandwiches and coffee. The rooms were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We also enjoyed the authentic Mexican food at the restaurant and the beautiful view from our room.
The noise from the highways was a bit bothersome at times.

I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the bed and the availability of toiletries in my room at Pedregal Palace. The complementary bottles of water each day were a nice touch. The location was convenient for visiting the nearby mall and the safety measures in place were reassuring. I saved money by buying groceries and a nice bottle of wine from a store nearby. Despite some noise issues and the lack of modern amenities, overall I had a great budget stay. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and I loved the spacious and clean rooms. The king sized bed was super comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. I especially enjoyed the amazing view of the city from my room. The privacy factor was also a plus.
The gym equipment needs updating and the location was a bit far from some stores. However, my biggest complaint was the slow WiFi.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The location was perfect for me, as it was just a short distance from the mall and other stores. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from.
Not obvious to find. While the hotel was in a good location, it was a bit far away from some stores.
